I love  Zanga classes! I have to say I find it difficult to commit to a particular activity but Zanga is one class I make time for. My husband notices how much happier I feel after a class and my fitness levels are improving from session to session. So fun, unique, inspiring and an amazing workout. I have Zanga to thank for my improved confidence and relaxed mind after classes.
