I recently found out I am pregnant, can I still attend Zanga Zanga classes?
Many women claim belly dancing and exercise are beneficial during the latter stages of pregnancy and that it has helped them during birth. If you have previously beeen to Zanga Zanga classes, it is easier to continue after the initial 3 months of pregnancy. If you are new to this type of exercise and pregnant, you should consult your doctor regarding what movements you can do in class.

You will be allowed to join the class, but you will have missed the warm up so you should warm-up your body in the corner / corridor before following the class. This is important for injury prevention.
Do you provide a list of the music that is used in the classes?
The music that our instructors use varies from week to week so it is not possible for us to provide a full list of the tracks that will be played. However if you would like to know the name and artist of a particular track please ask your instructor while the song is playing so that she can make a note of it for you after the class. Alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org

We currently do not run classes specifically for children, however we can offer private lessons for teenagers aged between 10 years - 16 years.
